The Sikkens Simple System is essentially four systems in one. So, the only decision your painter makes is which of the four categories the repair falls into. Guesswork and subsequent paint-related mistakes are eliminated because the system defines which products to use.
The four systems all revolve around a core set of products:
• Colorbuild
• Autobase Plus
• Autoclear III
• Autocryl
These products are recognized worldwide as the industry's most innovative and durable products. With these products your painter will:

And, since your painter isn't constantly learning how to use new products, or deciding which products to use for every repair, your shop will maximize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks and improve consistency, appearance and durability.
For example, take high build repairs. The Sikkens Simple System tells your painter to use Colorbuild, Autobase Plus/Autoclear III, or Autocryl if it's a single stage repair.
Because your painter is using Colorbuild, he'll get all of the build he needs in just one application prior to topcoating. And, he'll do it without spending a lot of time thanks to Colorbuild's excellent filling properties; or resorting to trial and error.
Colorbuild is a primer surfacer that eliminates the guesswork and time your painters spend to tint primers with expensive topcoat toner. With Colorbuild the undercoat matches the topcoat right from the start so you'll save topcoat application time because topcoats applied over Colorbuild require fewer coats to achieve coverage.
When working with new parts, your painter will shorten prep and application time by as much as 90% and he'll get excellent adhesion – all without sanding. Again, thanks to Colorbuild.
Colorbuild is also wet-on-wet primer sealer that eliminates the need to sand OEM E-coat parts prior to edging. With Colorbuild you just degrease, tack and prime. Colorbuild's film build is twice that of the competition, so one coat is all you need.
Or, for spot repairs, your painter will get the all of the speed he needs, without buffing, because he'll be using Autoclear III. You'll complete more jobs and send more cars through the booth everyday without sacrificing gloss, durability or appearance.
With the Sikkens Simple System for plastic parts, you'll get greater adhesion, reduce redo's and eliminate peeling, while maintaining the physical flexibility of the topcoat. And, thanks to Plastoflex and Primer PO, you can be assured every type of plastic part, whether it's hard, flexible or soft will be cleaned, prepped and painted properly the first and only time.
